This office is an independent, neutral resource for informal problem-solving serving the entire campus community. The office answers inquiries about the university, provides a safe place for discussing sensitive issues and identifying options, facilitates conversations and engages in conflict resolution, including mediation. The office maintains confidentiality in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the International Ombudsman Association, the limits of the law, and our organizational context.
