Establish an Online Version of a Program
For programs with an existing face-to-face or hybrid offering looking to add a fully-online version with the same exact curriculum:
After obtaining internal college approvals, the Originator reaches out to the Academic Programs Office (email@example.com) with the title of the program and confirmation that no curricular differences exist in the new online program. If this is a self-support program, the originator will need to submit a new subprogram proposal, including budgetary information.
Reviewed Feedback/Edits Approved
Program Review & Assessment and Academic Programs reviews the document - and forwards along to the Vice Provost of Academic Programs.
Vice Provost of Academic Programs works with administation in CPIE where appropriate and then forwards recommendation to the California State University Academic Programs team.
Upon approval an effective date for the offering will be set.
