Supplemental Materials
To supplement the primary sources contained in the main archive, available by going to "Browse the Collection," this section of the site features brief excerpts from both primary and secondary sources. Unlike the sources in the main archive, these are not presented in facsimile form.
Items to be included here will be identified through consultation with K-12 teachers, as they develop lesson plans for the site. As this section grows, it will include supplemental materials covering a range of subjects and document types, such as the legal system, religious tracts, and important secondary works in the history of women and the era of the American Revolution. Full citations and contextual introductions are provided for each source.
