Histone acetylation mediates the action of androgen receptors on masculinization of
brain gene expression, structure, and adult behavior.
This lab will be treating neonatally androgenized mice with histone acetlytransferase
inhibitors to provide the functional linkage between histone acetylation and AR in the
control of sexual differentiation.
