After spending years working for Corporate America, Roy decided to use his education and knowledge to help small and medium-sized business owners with developing long-term strategies. Some specific areas Roy helps companies with includes Human Resources, Marketing & Business Development, Operations, and International Relations. Roy completed an MBA from University of La Verne with dual concentrations in Leadership and in Marketing, completed a post-master's work at Fort Hays State University, and is working on a PhD in Leadership from University of the Cumberlands. Roy has held the following roles: • Floor Supervisor for Macy’s • Retail Manager for Proctor & Gamble. • Customer Visibility Specialist, Outbound Operations, and Training Supervisor for UPS • District Supervisor of Health & Safety for UPS Freight • Director of Operations for LG9 Third-Party Logistics In addition, Roy has spent time working in the sports industry with the Anaheim Arsenal, the National Basketball Association (NBA) D-League affiliate for the Los Angeles Clippers from 2006 – 2009, serving as a Statistician and Assistant to Media Relations. Roy also has substantial experience in Southeast Asia working and living in Vietnam from 2016 to 2019 as an education consultant and lecturer with additional experience working with individuals and organizations in Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.
