Golden Key International Honour Society

What is Golden Key?

Golden Key is a non-profit international academic honors organization that recognizes the top 15% of sophomores, juniors and seniors in ALL undergraduate fields, as well as graduate students. The minimum eligible cumulative GPA at CSULB is 3.5.

Historical Facts

Founded on November 29, 1977, at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia (International Headquarters location)

As of June 2006, the society has chapters at more than 350 major colleges and universities in 7 countries: the United States, Australia, Canada, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Africa, and the United Arab Emirates.

The Long Beach chapter was founded on March 21, 1983.
