Fall 2019 Graduate & Professional Schools Fair

About the Event

Every year representatives from various graduate and professional schools participate in the fair sponsored by The Educational Opportunity Program. Students are able to meet with representatives from private and public institutions nationwide. This is a great opportunity for students to learn more about postgraduate opportunities, admissions procedures and financing graduate education. The event is free for all current CSULB students on-campus.

General Information for Representatives

California State University, Long Beach Annual Graduate and Professional Schools Fair will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2019. CSULB student population is over 35,000 students. This will be a great opportunity to meet highly qualified and diverse students interested in graduate studies.

Important Registration and Payment Instructions

We accept payment by credit card only. Once you complete your registration information, please complete the online credit card process by clicking on the “Pay Now” button under Payment Information. If you do not pay with credit card at the time you register, you will be require to re-register. If you have any questions please contact Event Coordinator, Lorena Romero at CSULB-EOP-Gradfair@csulb.edu.

  • Early Bird Registration: $400 includes one rectangle table, two chairs, lunch and breakfast for two recruiters. (Early bird registration must be paid by August 9, 2019. If payment is not received on time, fee will increase to $450.)
    Deadline: August 2, 2019.
  • Regular Registration (after August 2rd): $450 includes one rectangle table, two chairs, lunch and breakfast for two recruiters.
    Deadline: September 6, 2019 or once spots are filled.
  • Each additional representative(upon request): $50

Please note space is limited and registrations will be received on a first-come, first-served basis. All payments must be received by September 6, 2019 to secure your table.


Due to the lack of parking on campus we have secured free parking at the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, 5761 Colorado St, Long Beach, CA 90815. Please note: THERE IS NO PARKING AVAILABLE ON CAMPUS. A free bus will be available to pick you up at the parking lot and drop you off on campus. Additional information and instructions will be emailed to representatives.

Shipping Materials

Please ship materials to the following address:

Confirm and track all shipments with your vendor (FedEx and UPS are recommended). Materials need to arrive at least 5 days prior to the fair. If that is not possible, please use overnight delivery to insure timely arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation request must be received by email no later than Friday, August 30, 2019. No refunds will be given after August 30, 2019. Please email cancellations to CSULB-EOP-Gradfair@csulb.edu
