EOP Office Working Remotely Effective March 19, 2020

In light of the heightened concerns around COVID-19 and CSULB's decision to suspend in-person classes, EOP Counselors will work remotely until further notice. Our goal is to ensure that we can provide you with advising and assistance to successfully meet your goals. During this time, the EOP office will not be open for any in-person services (computer lab, tutoring, workshops), but we will maintain our normal advising hours online.

EOP advising will be available online Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm starting March 19, 2020, until further notice.  If you have a scheduled appointment, you will receive email instructions from your advisor on how to connect through Zoom.

Zoom Advising:
Students can schedule an appointment with an EOP Counselor through CSULB Single Sign On and follow the steps through SSC - Advising & Tutoring.  Please ensure that you choose the type of assistance as Online – Academic Advising or Financial Aid. Then, an EOP Counselor's schedule will appear with their appointment availability.

Email Advising:
Students can email any of the EOP Counselors listed below with questions regarding academic requirements and/or Financial Aid. Please be sure to include your Name, Campus ID #, Phone # and any questions you may have. Please note: your EOP Counselor may need to schedule a Zoom appointment depending on your questions and if additional follow-up is needed.
