Drop-in spaces are hosted by CAPS to provide a supportive space for students to connect on similar experiences and interests. It is not a therapy group. Students are not expected to attend each group meeting but can join the group as often as needed.

QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer, 3 simple steps that anyone can learn to help save a life. This nationally recognized certification training is intended to teach individuals how to recognize the symptoms/ warning signs of suicide and provide guidelines as to how to appropriately Question a person about suicidal thoughts, how to Persuade them to get help, and how to Refer the person to seek help. Upon completion of training, participants will be certified as a QPR Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper for 3 years. *Training facilitated by Project OCEAN.

This workshop involves a contained movement sequence to address stress and energetic stagnation in the body. Elements of Reiki, Qi Gong, Kundalini Yoga, Somatics, and Dance/Movement Therapy combine with self-touch and relaxation. A period of reflection and conversation will follow. Please wash your hands before class and have a pen, pencil, crayons, or markers, and a piece of paper handy. No experience is necessary, and all are welcome. Participants are not required to utilize their camera or audio features during our session.
