About Ralph Davis

Ralph Davis has served as the California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs (ATOD) Program Coordinator since August, 2003.  Prior to his arrival at CSULB, Mr. Davis worked as a counselor in the Compton Community College District for 3 years, and has also been a drug and alcohol addictions rehabilitation therapist for Mercy Hospital’s ‘Rehab After Work’ Program in Philadelphia, PA.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Stanford University and a Master of Science degree in Psychological Services from the University of Pennsylvania.  Davis is highly motivated to work toward creating changes in attitude and behavior on the CSULB campus and the surrounding community through education about substance abuse and harm reduction.
