CMS Student Administration Training

The CMS Student Administration Training website is a centralized training site for University faculty and staff users. This website allows participants to view training courses offered, as well as register and monitor their enrollment.

Prior to attending a training course, the participant must submit the appropriate form.

For Student Administration that includes PeopleSoft Student Administration System Security Authorization Form and the Student Administration Confidentiality/Security Agreement Form to BH-123. These forms can be accessed by clicking the SA Forms link to the left.

How to register for a course:

Step 1:

You may have received an email notification regarding recommended or required training for a specific course. View available dates and times of the courses by clicking either the Scheduled Courses by List View or Scheduled Courses by Calendar View link above.

Step 2:

Select the recommended or required course and click on the Sign Up link to register for the course. Complete the Enrollment Form, verifying the accuracy of all fields prior to clicking the “Enroll” button. You will receive an email confirmation.

Step 3:

If the scheduled days and times are not convenient or there are no sessions scheduled for the desired course, please click on the Course Catalog link. Select the desired course and click on the Express Interest link. You will be notified by email of the next available sessions.

You may review other course descriptions by clicking the Course Catalog link as shown above. This will give you details on the course such as course description, objectives, and prerequisites.

Cancelling your confirmed course:

If you need to cancel enrollment in a course, click the Manage Your Registrations link above.
