How to Get SA Access

Training is required before access to the Student Administration information system can be granted. In order to be approved to attend training you must first complete the following steps:

  1. Read the Required Forms and Agreements for Student System Access Memo pdf file. This memo provides good information concerning the forms required for receiving access and explains the importance of each.
  2. Read the CSULB Student Records Procedures (FERPA Policy). By signing the Security Agreement Form (shown in #3) you agree to abide by these procedures.
  3. Complete, sign and obtain the required signatures on the PeopleSoft Student Administration System Security Authorization Form and Student Administration Confidentiality/Security Agreement Form. These forms are found in Single Sign-On under the ES Forms chiclet.
  4. Submit both forms to; SA Training Administrator, Brotman Hall room 123.

Allow 1-5 business days for your forms to be processed. After allowing for the processing time, you may register for training.

How to Register for Training

Once the required forms are processed, you may register for SA end-user training. To do this, click the Training link located in the navigation panel on the left side of this page. This will navigate you to the CMS Student Administration Training Registration Website. Follow the listed steps to search and register for a training course.

You will be approved or declined for training based on the information you provided on the PeopleSoft Student Administration System Security Authorization form and if the training is appropriate to perform your job duties.
