I teach several courses across graduate and undergraduate programs, including Quality and Process Management, Insightful Decisions, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Analytics, among others. I also develop case projects and case studies working with companies based in China including Huawei (electronics), Coats Plc, and Esquel Group (apparel), and Hong Kong Airport Authority (transportation).
