Dr. Cummings is a Professor of Strategic Management. She has earned her doctoral degree in Business Administration from University of Southern California. Prior to joining in Management/HRM department at CSULB, Dr. Cummings has taught undergraduate and EMBA courses at USC and served as a consultant for large corporations and small entrepreneurial firms.
