You should create a video
using a digital camcorder or you may download the video from the Internet or
other sources.
1- Have
at least 2 video clips (you may download or capture them)
2- You
need to add your own voice (comments) or a background
music to the video
3- Add
screen caption (subtitle) to make your movie accessible for people with hearing
impairment
4- Synchronize
the audio, video and screen captions (subtitles)
5- Add
a title at the beginning of the movie
6- Add
the video effect (For example, Sepia Tone) to the video clip
7- Add
at least one sort of transition between clips
8- Save
your final movie as a movie NOT as a project.

1- Plan
ahead of time what you are going to film.
2- Try
to be original, creative, and unique
3- Create
a storyboard (script) before you start filming
4- Film
(record) what you had planned and put a lot of thought into filming
5- Music
should fit the clips and the mood of the clips.
6- Give
Appropriate credit to the music and copied video clips
7- Don’t
use any unnecessary sound.
8- No
sound would distracts from the purpose of the film
9- Although
you may add some introducation about the goals and
objectives of the movie the theme and the goal of your movie should be easily
identifiable even without the intro and simply through watching the movie.
