The Economics Department at CSULB offers a variety of academic programs that can serve your interests.  The bachelor of arts degree with a Major in Economics prepares students for a variety of careers in business and government.  The Minor in Economics is suitable for students planning careers in many fields including primary and secondary education, journalism, law, or government.  Students majoring in business administration can benefit from adding a Minor in Business Economics to their program of studies.  Students majoring in International Studies could add a Minor in International Economics to their program of studies.  For further details see our undergraduate advisor, Professor Kristen Monaco (SPA 349).
