Paulino Lim, Jr., professor emeritus of English, published “Death of the English Zen Professor” in October 2011. Lim is also supervising student teachers of English who are completing credential requirements. During the Winter Session, he lectured for the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute on “Confessional Poetry of the English Romantics.”
Gerald Locklin, professor emeritus of English, had his book “You Need Never Look Out a Window: The Complete Coagula Poems Volume 1” published by Flechaverde, Inc. in fall 2011. Locklin also has established a Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/geraldlocklin.
Carolyn C. Shadle, associate dean emerita of the College of Continuing and Professional Education, served as co-writer with John L. Meyer of “Communication Case Studies: Building Interpersonal Skills in the Veterinary Practice,” which was published by the American Animal Hospital Association in fall 2011.
