Note from Economics Student Association President

Starting the 2013 fall semester with all new Economics Student Association (ESA) officers and members has provided the association with an opportunity to redefine our mission and establish new goals. With committed officers full of bright new ideas and the single vision of providing students with the knowledge and the ability to go further than they thought they could with economics, we look forward to leading the association to help meet the needs of economics majors and our alumni.

We hope that your journey here at CSULB was full of adventure, excitement, and provided a strong foundation that has supported your life choices. We would love to hear your stories, what you have done since you have graduated and how your time spent here helped shape you into who you are today.

If you have any interest in ESA and would like to come and speak about yourself, your accomplishment and your career, feel free to e-mail us at csulbecon@gmail.com. Our goal is to strengthen the connection between current students and the alumni. Your personal experiences related to ESA or how participation in ESA would have benefitted your time at Long Beach, are critical to continuing a strong and viable student organization.

If you would like to help us achieve our goal, please feel free to send donations to:

Please make checks payable to: CSULB-ESA.

We have so much to offer and so many resources readily available. My goal as the president is to bring these resources to our members and show them there is so much you can do with a degree in economics or its related fields. Sometimes we just need a little nudge in the right direction.

Go Beach!
