Cynthia Stamper Graff, a nationally recognized expert in weight management, is Chairman of Lindora, the largest multi-site medical weight control system in the United States. Lindora has been ranked among the “Top 500 Women Owned Businesses in America” by Working Woman magazine for three consecutive years. She is also the author of Lean for Life Phase One: Weight Loss, Learn for Life Phase Two: Lifetime Solutions and bodyPRIDE.
She founded the Lean for Life Foundation, which promotes obesity research and educational programs. She is also a member of the Founding Fifty Women’s Philanthropy Fund of United Way, and she serves on the advisory board of the Susan Samueli Center for Integrative Medicine as well as the board of the Girl Scout Council of Orange County.
An Orange County Business Journal Women in Business Award winner, Graff was the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and is a member of the Young President’s Organization and Adaptive Business Leaders Organization. An alumna of CSULB, she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and holds a law degree from York University in Toronto. She is the 2010–2011 Leader-in-Residence for the Ukleja Center for Ethical Leadership, and the College of Business Administration honored her as its 2010 Distinguished Alumna.
