Dennis Berryman is currently president and managing general partner of Pacific Development Group, a privately owned real estate company in Newport Beach, California. After graduating from CSULB and obtaining his CPA certificate, he had a successful career in public accounting. He advanced from CFO to CEO of a New York Stock Exchange company subsidiary and co-founded Pacific Development Group, which is involved in real estate development, management and ownership. He is the former president and CEO of Santa Anita Development Corporation (1970-1980) and a former audit manager at Coopers & Lybrand (1962-1970).
Berryman has had a long giving history at CSULB and is a member of the Carillon Society, which recognizes donors who have made a substantial contribution to the campus. He earned his Bachelor of Science from CSULB in 1961 in Accountancy, and in 1997 he received CSULB’s Distinguished Alumni Award for the College of Business Administration. Berryman has also been involved with the campus as part of the Athletics Director’s Circle, the President’s Associates and the 49er Athletic Association. He also has served on the Event Center Campaign Committee, Orange County Club Steering Committee and the College of Business Administration Advisory Board.
