Published: March 15, 2010

The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is a free, confidential resource available to employees to help resolve personal, family, and or work-related problems. Highly experienced and fully trained FSAP staff are licensed and dedicated to help clients reach their goals. Clients can explore problem areas such as emotional concerns, personal crises, family/marital/partner issues, alcohol and drug use, and work-related matters. Special services are also offered to improve job performance via interpersonal skills training, conflict and change management and learning to live life in balance.

The professional staff at FSAP adhere to the ethical principals and licensure requirements of their respective professions which mandate confidentiality. FSAP strongly protects client confidentiality in accordance with the law. Toni Aquino is a licensed clinical social worker and program coordinator. Dr. Mary Ann Takemoto is a clinical psychologist and director of the program.

Interested faculty and or staff can call 562/985-4001 to schedule an appointment.
