The purpose of the Peer Education Program is to educate peers about preventing gender violence and reducing rape culture in the CSULB community while raising awareness about available resources for victims/survivors of sexual assault. Through student-centered outreach, programs, and workshops, the Peer Educators will create an inclusive support system on campus promoting safe, healthy behaviors and relationships. The Peer Education Program is coordinated by the Women’s and Gender Equity Center as part of the Not Alone at the Beach campaign.
