Services Project Safe

Project Safe services are free, and direct services are confidential and culturally sensitive.

Classroom and organizational presentations in prevention education for students, faculty, and staff on issues of sexual assault, date rape, domestic violence and stalking.

Awareness activities conducted campus-wide or for special focus organizations.

Professional training and consultation for faculty, law enforcement officers, administrators and health advisors.

SART (Sexual Assault Response Team) support during medical exams for rape survivors.

Accompaniment to police stations, DA's offices, and court hearings.

Counseling for student and other campus community sexual assault or domestic violence survivors, and survivors molested as children.

Emergency and transitional living shelters for domestic violence survivors.

Educational counseling for family members/friends of survivors of sexual assault.

Group counseling for survivors of rape or domestic violence and for those molested as children.

Referrals to on-campus services and community services, including 24-hour hotlines providing counseling, advocacy, information, and referrals.
