Koru Mindfulness is a four-session mindfulness training program specifically designed to meet the developmental needs of college students. Students leave the very first session with tools they can use to build greater self-compassion, reduce their perceived stress, and even improve their sleep. 4 weeks of class and 10 minutes a day of home practice can help you build resiliency, find a supportive community, and develop skills that will serve you well beyond your time at The Beach.
