Andy Espinoza

Dear EOP students and friends of EOP

I hope that you had a successful fall semester and are ready to commit yourself to an outstanding spring semester. EOP will continue to be supportive of your educational goals through educational counseling, academic advising, financial aid, mentoring, tutoring, laptop loans and other services.

I know that you have heard much about the budget concerns that currently exist in California. We still do not know the impact on the CSU, but rest assured that EOP at CSULB will offer you the same service level that you have come to expect. As these budget concerns unfold, we will keep you informed about the potential impact.

The university is a wonderful place to connect with people and ideas. We encourage you to continue using university services and participating in campus programs and activities. Keep in mind that your education can also involve community service, civic pursuits and family, all of which have the potential to enhance and supplement the learning you will experience throughout the academic year.

Please note that when you come to the office this semester, you are now required to bring your campus identification card with you. This will allow us to better serve you.

The entire program is committed to making your experience at CSULB academically productive and enriching. Please remember we are here to help.

Have a wonderful semester!
Andy Espinoza, Director
