Stretch & Relax

A great way to relax, stretch, alleviate stress and tension, and increase flexibility. This class is offered to staff, faculty, community members and students. It is held in two 8 week sessions starting on August 30th for session 1 and October 25th for session 2 and you may join the class at anytime.

Fall Schedule:

Wednesdays 12:10 - 12:50pm

Session 1:
August 30th
September 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th
October 4th, 11th & 18th

Session 2:
October 25th
November 1st, 8th, 15th & 29th - (No Class during the week of Thanksgiving)
December 6th, 13th & 20th

$40.00 per session; $20 for half of a session; or $5 per class
