X Train Performance

Full body circuit program combining cardio and strength for maximum results. This class utilizes BOSU ball, medicine ball, stability ball, kettlebells, and your body weight. Quickly lose fat, increase flexibility, build strength, and increase muscular endurance.

Workout in a supportive group setting with assistance by a certified trainer comparative to a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. No experience necessary! Scaled to an individual's physical needs and abilities.
