Academic Support for Student-Athletes

Our academic support services and programs are designed to help you be successful in the classroom. We coordinate referrals to campus-wide academic resources, like the Learning Assistance Center, Career Development Center and the Writer Resource Lab. We also offer the following programs:

Student-Athlete Freshmen Transitions Program

The Student-Athlete Freshmen Transitions Program helps first-year student-athletes adjust to the demands of intercollegiate athletics and university academics. You’ll make connections with student-athletes across teams and will talk to student-athlete peer mentors about academic, social, athletic and personal pressures.
