Declaration of a Major

(This supersedes policy statement 02-08)

 

This policy was recommended by the Senate on March 15, 2006and approved by the President on March 23, 2006.

 

To help ensure timely completion of graduation requirements, students who have a total of 60 units completed must have declared a major before they may register for the next term. Upper-division transfer students are required to declare their intended major on their application for admission.
