at its meeting of November 2, 1978, approved by the President on
November 17, 1978, is as follows:
MAJOR IN ZOOLOGY FOR THE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE DEGREE
Lower Division: Mathematics 112, 115s; Chemistry 11A, B;
Physics 105, 106; Biology 212, 216, 260. Additional: courses
listed below:
1. General Zoology Option (Code 3-7643)
Lower Division: Microbiology 210 or Geological Sciences 102
and either 104 or 105.
Upper Division: Chemistry 327, 448; 31 units of Biology
including 313 or 315 or 316 or 317, 320 or 321 or 322 or 323 or
324, 332 or 333 or 335 or 433, 340 and 340L or 342 and 342L or 440,
350 and 370.
2) Physiology Option (Code 3-7604) Lower Division:
Microbiology 210
Upper Division: Chemistry 321A, 322, 441A, B; 28 units
of Biology including 332 or 333 or 335 or 433, eight units from
