Special LAC Student Student of the Month

Congratulations to our Student of the Month – Adam Denny

Adam Denny has used our tutoring and learning skills services for years and is an incredibly inspiring person for our staff. Adam is a Communications Studies Major who is set to graduate in Spring 2017. He is a part of Long Beach State’s wakeboarding team and was awarded College Wakeboarder of the year for the 2016 season.
When asked about the LAC Adam replied, “I love the LAC because they have been there for me over the years; through the highs and the lows. The staff is awesome and I feel they really care about me. They have helped me understand concepts and I have learned study tips specifically for my style of learning and test taking. They have helped me manage my time and stay on top of coursework and assignments.”
