The CSULB Emeriti and Retired Faculty and Staff (ERFAS) Association is pleased to have Barbara Kingsley-Wilson--Journalism Department faculty member, Daily 49er advisor, and author of the new book Long Beach State: A Brief History--as speaker at our February 5, 2016, luncheon. This entertaining and informative book captures the evolution, spirit, and identity of “The Beach,” from the rustic beginning in 1949 to our 21st century campus. You'll have an opportunity to share with the author your memories of our campus.
