Program Change Process
Changes to existing/active programs are handled through Curriculog forms as part of the traditional curriculum certification process.
Originator Launches a Program Change Proposal in Curriculog.
Note these are for changes to existing, active programs only.
Originators and their committees may need to also create new courses or changes to existing courses as part of these program changes. We recommend to submit those forms in Curriculog prior to the program change form, as the program change form will requests links to other submissions (though they can be added after the original launch of the program change proposal).

Program Change is entered into the
