CSULB provides a broad range of educational and student support services to assist students. The following programs compliment and support classroom instruction.
The Career Development Center provides resources and assistance for choosing a college major, developing career plans, finding internships or employment, and applying to graduate school. The CDC hosts CareerLINK, the campus web portal for all career services and an interactive job board featuring internships, full-and part-time jobs, and volunteer opportunities. Services at the CDC include the one-on-one career counseling and job search coaching, drop-in advising, group workshops and access to the Career Resource Library, which houses both print and online resources on careers and job search methods. During Fall and Spring semesters, the CDC hosts job fairs, employer information sessions, and the on-campus interviewing program.
