Educational Opportunity Center
The Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) is a federally funded program designed to identify and assist low income, first-generation adults who want to enter, re-enter or continue in a program of postsecondary education. Adults enrolled or interested in enrolling in a high school diploma or GED program are encouraged to seek services.
