Panopto Service Outage - (Resolved)

Panopto site is temporarily offline due to a widespread outage in Amazon Web Services, Panopto's cloud infrastructure provider. The Panopto operations team is engaged and investigating.

Update: Resolved - Panopto services have now fully recovered and are operating normally.
