Access Instructions

First Time Installation for Students

Step One: Download the Adobe Software

  1. Using a web browser, log into the CSULB Sign-On page.
  2. When CSULB's Single Sign-On page appears, enter in your Campus ID and password, and then click 'Sign In.'
  3. Click the "Software Depot" icon.
  4. In the search bar of the Software Depot menu, enter "Adobe."
  5. Add the app to your cart, and click the cart icon to check out.
  6. Check out with your cart, and a fee of $20 will be charged for one calendar.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to purchase, download and install Adobe Creative Cloud.

Step Two: Activate your Campus Email Subscription

  1. Launch any Creative Cloud application (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.)
  2. Click on Help. You will either see an option to "Sign In" or an option to "Sign Out."
  3. If you see the option to "Sign In," then click "Sign In."
  4. If you see the option to "Sign Out," click "Sign Out." Once you have signed out successfully, click on Help > Sign In.
  5. When the "Sign In" page appears, click on "Sign In Now."
  6. Enter your CSULB email address, and click "Sign In."
  7. Click on "Enterprise ID."
  8. When CSULB's Single Sign-On appears, enter in your Campus ID and password.
  9. Click "Sign-In."
  • Valid for one calendar year as long as the student is enrolled at the time of subscription; students in their final semester will have access to their accounts beyond the date of graduation as long as they are enrolled when signing up.
  • Adobe CC can be installed on personally-owned computers.
  • Subscription can be renewed until separation from the university.

First Time Installation for Faculty and Staff

Step One: Download the Adobe Software

  1. Using a web browser, go to Adobe Creative Cloud download page.
  2. Click 'Sign In.'
  3. Enter your CSULB email address in to the 'Email address' field, and click on 'Sign In.'
  4. Click on 'Enterprise ID.'
  5. When CSULB's Single Sign-On page appears, enter in your Campus ID and password, and then click on 'Sign In.'
  6. Follow the on screen instructions to download and install Creative Cloud.

Step Two: Sign in to Creative Cloud

When the Creative Cloud application launches, it will ask you to sign in:

  1. Enter your CSULB email address in to the 'Email address' field, and click on 'Sign In.'
  2. Click on 'Enterprise ID.'
  3. When CSULB's Single Sign-On page appears, enter in your Campus ID and password, and then click on 'Sign In'.
  • To download, visit SSO and select the "Campus Software /Software Depot" icon.
  • Faculty and staff may install up to two copies on personally-owned computers where they have exclusive use.
  • This software may only be used for university business.
  • Campus techs can assist faculty and staff to install Adobe CC on-campus computers.
