The Women and Careers conference offers Cal State Long Beach students and alumni the exciting opportunity to hear a panel of successful women from various career fields share their stories of transitioning from college students to professionals and surviving that first year. Panelists will discuss their career experiences and the factors that contributed to their success. Panelists will talk about issues such as their challenges, barriers, who made a difference in their lives and why, their mentoring experiences, and advice regarding resources and support startegies they used in achieving their career planning objectives.
