  • Prerequisite: MAE 502.
  • Physical principles. Two-body and central force motion. Coordinate and time systems. Trajectory correction maneuvers. Position and velocity in conic orbits. Lambertís Problem. Celestial mechanics. Orbital perturbations. Numerical methods in orbital mechanics and mission analysis.
  • (Lecture-problems 3 hours) Letter grade only (A-F).
