Dr. Fei Wang
Dr. Fei Wang joined CSULB as an assistant professor in 2007. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Peking University (China, 2000) and MS and PhD degrees in EE from University of Cincinnati (2002 and 2005). She worked for Cal Poly San Luis Obispo as an assistant professor in EE for 2 years before joining CSULB.
Dr. Fei Wang's research interest is in electronic materials and devices. Her current research focuses on materials analysis and device structure improvement of non-volatile memory devices based on chalcogenide materials. She has several professional publications and book chapters focusing on electronics materials. She is an active member of the American Physical Society and Materials Research Society.
