Mr. Uduak-Joe Ntuk
Uduak-Joe Ntuk joined the CSULB Chemical Engineering Department in Fall 2015. He earned his Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California and his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from CSULB. Mr. Ntuk has worked in both the private and public sectors at Tyco, General Electric, Chevron, and the City of Long Beach.
Uduak-Joe Ntuk is the Petroleum Administrator for the City of Los Angeles. He's responsible for oversight and policy of oil fields, gas storage facilities, petroleum refineries, and pipeline franchise agreements. A technical professional with both public- and private-sector energy experience, Mr. Ntuk provides technical advice to the Mayor, City Council, and various City Departments. He represents the City of Los Angeles on the South Coast Air Quality Management District's Multiple Air Toxic Exposure Study (MATES V) Technical Advisory Group and on the Baldwin Hills Community Standards District's Advisory Panel for the Inglewood Oil Field.
