CNSM Tech Support Request

Starting October 15, 2018, the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics uses IT Help, a unified technology assistance website. This one-stop website will make it easier for students, faculty, and staff to request technology service assistance and report technology issues.

Use IT Help to:

• Search the IT Service Catalog to request assistance
• Report or learn about technology issues
• Track the status of your reported technology issue or request until it is resolved
• Search help articles in the growing IT Knowledge Base

For convenience, a quick access IT Help chiclet (clickable button) is also available under the campus Single Sign-On (SSO).
