Erich Kästner – The Urban Author and his four Cities: Dresden, Leipzig, Berlin, and Munich exhibit opening tomorrow, February 10th, at 12:30pm on the 3rd floor of the AS building. Deputy Consul General Stefan Biedermann of the German Consulate of Los Angeles will also be in attendance and delivering opening remarks. Please see the attached flyer. Those of you who have seen “The Parent Trap” will find it interesting to know that it is the second adaptation of Erich Kästner’s German novel Lottie and Lisa (Das doppelte Lottchen) following the 1961 film of same.
