Ricardo Gutierrez Sanchez

Graduate Assistant, LT 31

Hometown: Huntington Park, CA

Ricardo Gutierrez Sanchez graduated from Long Beach State with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics. He is a former ambidextrous singles and doubles tennis athlete that occasionally plays in his spare time. He proudly volunteered for the 2015 Special Olympics World Games as a Delegation Liaison for Special Olympic Paraguay. After volunteering, Ricardo realized that his true passion was Sports and decided to transition into Sport Management. Currently a member of LT 31, Ricardo has interned for the Rose Bowl Legacy Foundation, 2017 NHL Fan Fair, 2017 Big West Basketball Tournament, and Roy Englebrecht’s Fight Club OC. He is currently working for the Los Angeles Dodgers Organization as a Fan Services Representative.

 

Alicia Utke

Graduate Assistant, LT 32

Hometown: Cypress, CA

Alicia Utke graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science and played two years of Division II collegiate volleyball while at Azusa Pacific. After completing her time as a volleyball player, she decided to pursue coaching. Having a passion for sports, Alicia joined the Sport Management Program and is currently a member of LT 32. During her time in the program, Alicia has had the opportunity to intern for Long Beach State Athletics, Amateur Athletic Union, and Cypress College Athletics.

Emily Prideaux

Graduate Assistant, LT 33

Hometown: Huntington Beach, CA

Emily Prideaux graduated from Long Beach State with a BA in Communication Studies. She has always had an admiration for the ever-changing sports industry, even though she was never an athlete herself. During her undergraduate academic career, she realized she wanted to pursue a more specified program to enhance her knowledge and skills in the field of sports management which lead her to this program. Since beginning her journey in LT 33, she has joined Systems Training Center as a non-profit fundraising & event coordinating intern. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her favorite teams; NY Yankees, LA Rams, Anaheim Ducks, and the LA Lakers.
