Earl Declet


Hometown: Monterey, CA

Earl Earl Declet earned his undergraduate degree at UC Santa Barbara in Philosophy with minors in Sports Management and Asian American Studies.  During his undergrad, Earl competed with the UCSB Bowling Team and worked with UCSB Recreational Sports as their Intramural Bowling Coordinator.  As a member of LT 25, Earl is currently interning with USA Beach Volleyball and worked venues such as the Olympic Training Center, LA Live, and the Rose Bowl through the program. 

Colin Baines


Hometown: Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK

Colin Baines

Colin Baines earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Ulster in Sport, Exercise and Leisure and his Masters in Organization and Management from Queen’s University, Belfast.  He has worked as a Sports Development Officer in the UK and his sporting interests include soccer, field hockey and swimming.  He began the Graduate Program in Sport Management in February 2014 as a member of LT 26 and is currently interning at USC – Legends Global Sales and Long Beach Century Club.  Previously he has interned at Long Beach State Athletics Department and Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach.

Sarah Smith


Hometown: Victoria, British Columbia, Canada

SarahSarah Smith earned her undergraduate degree in Victoria, British Columbia at Camosun College in Sport & Fitness Leadership. Like most Canadians, she is an ice hockey fan and played for 13 years including NCAA in Wisconsin. Sarah was the Volunteer Coordinator for the 2013 and 2014 Canada West CrossFit Regional and participates in CrossFit as an athlete and a coach. She began the program in August 2014 and is currently interning with the Rose Bowl as a member of LT 27.
