PT At the Beach






Strength 4 Living is designed to be an individualized and comprehensive fitness program for people of any age and fitness level. The program is designed to develop muscular and cardiovascular fitness, balance and stability, flexibility, and an overall confidence to enter a gym and workout successfully on your own.

Strength 4 Living is a 16-week program, broken up into four 4-week phases. Each Strength 4 Living cohort will consist of  small groups of 8-12 participants and will meet 2 or 3 days a week for 75 minutes. Each session is a combination of circuit training on the fitness floor and cardiovascular training in our Krankcycle and SpinStudio. Before the program begins, participants meet with a trainer for a one-on-one initial assessment.  In this session, the participant will perform several fitness assessments to determine which exercises and weights will be used at the start of the program. The assessments will be performed again at the mid-point and at the completion of the Strength 4 Living program to evaluate the individual progress made.

Each 16-week program of Strength for Living consists of two or three 1.25-hour training sessions per week.

Strength for Living is an incredible value at approximately $10/session.

*All participants of Strength for Living are required to purchase a MyZone Heart Rate Belt
