Camp Nugget is designed for children with special needs and disabilities ages 5 - 12 years. The child/staff ratio is four children to one staff member. It is the parent’s responsibility to provide an assistance with their child if their child requires intense one-on-one instruction (for example will run away from the group). A parent meeting will be held the first day of camp and the parents are strongly encouraged to attend.
Please read the brochure carefully to see if your child qualfies for the program and mail with your information to the adress provided on the registration form.
This years program is June 20 to July 15, 2016 from 9:00 AM to Noon.

Camp Nugget Ratio 4 children to 1 staff member
The child/staff ratio is never more than four children to one staff member. It is the parents’ responsibility to provide a 1-1 assistant with their child if their child requires intense one-on-one instruction. This also includes the swimming portion of camp. For example if their child: (a) will run away from the group (b) has such a severe disability that he/she requires full-time physical assistance, including hand over on hand assistance at all times. See handout
