Applicants to the MBA programs and the MS in Supply Chain Management program may apply to waive the GMAT/GRE test requirement if they can demonstrate both an academic ability to succeed in a graduate program and seven years or more of significant managerial work experience.

The determination of eligibility for a waiver will be based on a holistic review of an applicant’s academic transcript, current resume, and a letter of recommendation addressing your managerial experience.

To request a waiver, please submit your resume, an unofficial transcript of your undergraduate degree, and a letter of recommendation from your current employer to mba@csulb.edu

Please note that if you are a U.S. citizen or resident, but obtained your undergraduate degree from a university outside the U.S., and are granted a test waiver, you will need to take the Writing Proficiency Exam as a graduation requirement under university policy.
