Dr. Sabine Reddy is the Associate Dean for Administration of the College of Business. She has been a faculty member of the Department of Management/HRM at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) since 2001. Prior to her appointment as Associate Dean, she served as Chair of the Department of Management/HRM and as Program Director for the Master of Science in Supply Chain Management. Her teaching interests are centered in International Business and Strategic Management. From 1994 to 2001, Dr. Reddy held a faculty appointment at Wayne State University in Detroit. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and also holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Western Michigan University. Her prior schooling was received in her native Berlin, Germany.

Strategic Management, International Business

Foreign market entry modes, strategic groups, supply chain strategies (especially in the international context), and cross-cultural management. Dr. Reddy co-authored the book Supply Chains to Virtual Integration, published by McGraw-Hill in 2001.
